The SHE Management Conference is the must attend event for all those working in the electricity industry at which industry leaders, trade unions, regulators, and stakeholders will meet to hear and discuss the key SHE issues facing the sector. The conference also provides an excellent opportunity to network, share best practice, and discuss current SHE challenges and priorities with colleagues as part of the sector’s ambition to both work collaboratively in support of its shared goals, and to be a safer, healthier, and environmentally responsible industry.

This video is produced by the 31st annual SHE Management Conference host, UK Power Networks, which demonstrates employees, industry experts and trade unions coming together for cross-industry discussions and panel sessions on the theme of Sustainability.

The programme’s sessions address SHE issues from a national, regional and company perspective and, and given the conference theme this year, focussed on the increasing challenges of environmental management and sustainability whilst refreshing our approach to occupational health and safety.

The conference featured senior figures within the industry and external speakers who are experts in their field, to provide the stimulus for a renewed vision and approach to improving performance. The conference also fosters co-operation and improves contact between the companies and partners that comprise our industry.
