#NetworksTenPointPlan - Nurturing nature

16 December 2020

In his Ten Point Plan the Prime Minister made it clear that restoring and properly caring for our natural environment is central to hitting net zero

The energy networks oversee one of the largest parts of the UK's infrastructure, constantly interacting with the natural environment. Whilst it is beyond their primary remit of reliably and safely supplying gas and electricity to customers across the country, network companies act as responsible custodians of nature.
