Customers in the Republic of Ireland should contact ESB Networks for electricity and Gas Networks Ireland for gas.

Customer enquiries

Contact your local network operator by entering your postcode on our Who's my network operator? page.

Unfortunately we can't help with customer or billing issues as we're not an energy company. You can contact your energy supplier using the contact information found on your most recent energy bill. Still unsure who to contact? Use our Who's my network operator? page.
