You can find out who your existing electricity supplier is by calling your local distribution company, also known as distribution network operator (DNO). All DNOs run a Meter Point Administration Service (MPAS) with this information.

Your supply company may not be the same the distribution company which operates in your area BUT your DNO will be able to tell you who your supplier is.
